Events

I, the Emperor and the Wizard went to meet TM at Largs. We sailed on the Silver Wing (boat) to Rothesay.

Dinner at Rothesay was fish and chips. Mine was quite boney. I gave the boney piece to the seagulls.

We sailed back to Largs.

Supper was a salami sandwich and a ham and mustard sandwich.

Bath.

Points

I – Rafael Nadal defeated Andy Murray in a tennis match (the Wimbledon semi-final).

II - During sailing, the sun was reflected up from the surface of the sea from all around, as well as from above. This was like the effect of two suns. It caused sunburn all over my face (including the underside of my nose, which would usually be protected). The sunburn was not too bad, though. Nevertheless, the boss put some kind of “after sun” moisturising spray on my face. The Emperor joked to me that this was “corrosive material.”
