New Moving Arrangements

My weight went down to 91.60 kg (the trend continues!).


Note: The current diet has been:-

Breakfast: Kraze, Honey Crunchy Nut and Bran Flakes (normal sized portion with honey. To keep the high metabolism going. And a coffee.

Lunch (around midday): An apple and a sandwich (about two to three slices worth). It doesn't matter what's in the sandwich but egg and bacon is nice I guess. Not jam! It's supposed to be savoury.

A walk in the afternoon.

Tea (evening): Some pumpkin seeds and walnut seeds, and three infusion rounds of chrysanthemum tea.


Lunch today was a two-slice sandwich but I also had a nine nut pasta and pod noodle. An extremely tasty combination! We'll see if that affects the weight much.

Walk about 15:15 to 16:00 - the field near Tesco, but I found an alternate route (left).

Evening tasks:
- Packed all stuff into bags and boxes ready. While today's music theme was on in the background. Quite epic.
- Read the last chapter of ‘The Only Skill that Matters’ (the conclusion, that is!).
- A chapter (‘Principle 9’) of ‘Ultralearning’. A Van Gogh story.
- Chrysanthemum tea (the usual three infusions).
